Direct 1:1 support from Constance including a fully customised training and nutrition plan. Every exercise comes with a video demonstration to ensure proper form and technique.
Weekly check-in and accountability for full support to reach your fitness goal.
We create a customised training program for you based on 4-week block.
We will have weekly check in together for 30 minutes to track your progress.
We also come to you for in-person training.
